Advanced Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness

Facilitator Training Certification (50 hr)

Registration Form – Advanced Yoga Nidra Method and Mindfulness for Relaxation, Pain Management and Mental Health.

Time approx 5 hr per module including practice of yoga nidra relaxations of 10-30 mins each. 3 times a week. Continuing access to the learning portal resources including up to date research and recordings for 5 years. This course also includes the opportunity for 2 x live tutoring / mentoring sessions.
