Day 1 Sunday 
4.30 – 6 pm Welcome and Introductory class

Monday  to  Friday 

6.30-8.00 am Mon-Fri Yoga and Mindfulness Morning class 1.5 hr
Class starts with a short mindfulness meditation. A themed multilevel/therapeutic yoga class.
A pranayama (breathing practice) is taught followed by meditation (sitting or supine) .

8.15- 9 am Breakfast

9-10.30 Mon-Fri Morning lectures and workshops
Yoga foundation postures with modifications for common musculoskeletal conditions;
Themes for hip, pelvis and lower back, thoracic, shoulder and neck.
Review of morning class; application and props
Yoga for balance.
Pranayama breathing practices

11-12.30 am Mon-Fri Yoga Nidra certification training; 

Explore Yoga Nidra deep relaxation and meditation theory and research
Experiential sessions with guided progressive total body relaxation and imagery.
Learn to be a confident instructor of Yoga Nidra 

12.30 – 3pm Mon-Fri Lunch and free time

Time for private study,  self care, massage and spa treatments etc
Monday Balinese celebration welcome Lunch
Wednesday Rice paddy walk and lunch at sari organic (optional)

3- 4.30 pm Mon-Fri Daily lecture, workshops and group work;
Topics: 
Yoga styles and history
Yoga for Mental Health;  stress, anxiety, depression and trauma aware practice. 
Activating and balancing myofascial meridians/TCM meridians through yoga
Health change; Inspired behaviour change methodology with special guest presenter Caroline Bills

5.00-6.15 pm Daily class/workshop

Practical yoga classes with exploration of yoga styles suitable for therapy including yoga Yin and gentle Hatha

Workshops and assessment

Friday evening group dinner option

Closing Session

Cultural and other activities
Monday Traditional Balinese celebration lunch (included)
