Terms and Conditions
Physioyoga retreats and training
1. Payment Balance.
For online training. The balance is due on commencement or as per the stripe payment option chosen.
For residential Training Retreats:
The balance of your Retreat is due one month prior to commencement.
hese are currently on hold from April 2020 due to Covid.
2. Cancellations by registrants.
For Online Training. If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat or training you can change dates or receive a voucher.
The deposit. For cancellation by a registrant, your deposit payment may be used as credit for another retreat or training within 36 months of your original retreat or training date.
OR Your deposit may be transferred to a person replacing you for the same retreat. If your place in the residential retreat is not filled we will not be able to refund your deposit. We do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds.
3. Cancellation by Physioyoga and Wellbeing including Online Courses
Physioyoga and Wellbeing will do its utmost to provide the training or retreat as promoted. For online courses, live face to face may be delivered by an alternate qualified presenter or a pre-recording may be used. If we do cancel a course you are welcome to move retreat/training dates and will be given a voucher to the same value of the payment to be used within 3 years.
Cancellation by attendee For Residential Retreats: Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:
*For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to retreat or training start date, 100% of your deposit payment may be applied to another retreat or training.
*For cancellations made between 89 and 31 days prior to the retreat or training start date, 75% of your deposit or payment may be applied to another retreat or training: You will forfeit 25% of the price of your deposit payment for retreats.
*If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat or training start date, you will forfeit your entire deposit payment.
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services not used while the retreat is going.
Overseas and residential trainings on hold due to Covid19
4. Passport for Overseas Trainings.
Don’t be turned back at the airport! Foreigners entering Indonesia must do so with a valid Passport expiring more than six month following the departure date from Indonesia.
5.Travelling for your course? It is the travellers’ responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against risks.
Retreat participants assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Physioyoga & Wellbeing, Rebecca Fagan, the owner/s, the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed travel.
We shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the resort, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems while residing at the Physioyoga & Wellbeing organised retreat or Training – Bali and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willfull misconduct of Rebecca Fagan, Physioyoga & Wellbeing or their employees.
If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Physioyoga & Wellbeing retreats except as stated herein. Physioyoga and Wellbeing is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
