For Residential Training Retreats

PARTICIPANTS for Residential Training Retreats: 

1.Payments
Pay deposit of $500 direct to bank account
or via stripe.
The balance of your training/ retreat payment is due one month prior to commencement.

There is an option for part payment fortnightly instalments.

2. Cancellations of Residential Training Retreat by registrants. 
If you cancel a face to face course 30 days or more before your retreat or training you can change dates or receive a voucher for any other Physioyoga training courses to the same value. Cancellation fees apply according to the schedule below.
The deposit is $500. For cancellation by a registrant, your deposit payment may be used as credit for another retreat or training within 36 months of your original retreat or training date. OR Your deposit may be transferred to a person replacing you for the same retreat. If your place in the residential retreat is not filled we will not be able to refund your deposit. We do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds.

Cancellation by attendee For Residential Retreats: Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Cancelation fees are determined by the following schedule:
* For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to retreat or training start date, 100% of your deposit payment may be applied to another retreat or training via a voucher.
* For cancellations made between 89 and 31 days prior to the retreat or training start date, 75% of your deposit or payment may be applied to another retreat or training: You will forfeit 25% ($125) of the price of your deposit payment for the retreat.
* If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat or training start date, you will forfeit your full deposit payment unless you transfer your deposit to another appropriate person to replace you on the training or retreat.
We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services not used while the retreat is going.

All payments above the deposit will be refunded.

3. Cancellation by Physioyoga and Wellbeing
Physioyoga and Wellbeing will do its utmost to provide the training or retreat as promoted.
In the unlikely event we do cancel a set date course you will be given a voucher to the same value of the deposit payment to be used within 3 years. Any amounts above the deposit will be fully refunded.

4. Passport for Overseas Trainings.
Don’t be turned back at the airport! Foreigners entering Indonesia must do so with a valid Passport expiring more than six months following the departure date from Indonesia.

5.Travelling for your course? It is the travellers’ responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against risks.
Retreat participants assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Physioyoga & Wellbeing, and Physioyoga, Rebecca Fagan, the owner/s, the employees or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed travel.
We shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the resort, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems while residing at the Physioyoga & Wellbeing organised retreat or Training – Bali and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour,
unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willfull misconduct of Rebecca Fagan, Physioyoga & Wellbeing, Physioyoga or their employees.
If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Physioyoga & Wellbeing retreats except as stated herein. Physioyoga and Wellbeing is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. Please make sure you have appropriate insurance
